I don't have any historical information, but from their website it says they're home to TJ MAXX, WALMART, Shaw's and, Michael's. They're owned by The Wilder Companies. From the picture on The Wilder Companies' Website that is one cool looking Walmart. http://www.wilderco.com/retail-property-details.php?propertyName=Falmouth+Mall It's also not a mall despite its name. It's a plaza.

Thanks the link, I have found a little bit of info today from a friend, this mall is a tough one though because there isn't much historical info out there about this cape mall in paticular, there isn't even a wikipedia page for the plaza. When they first opened the mall was owned by Tedischi. Bradlees opened in the former mall sometime in the 1970's (now a Walmart), and a Star Market (now a Homegoods). During Tedischi's ownership there were a lot of stores in the mall including Cherry & Webb, (which was located by Bradlees), Booksmith, CVS (Now located near the plaza), Hannosh Jewelery, Hallmark, Stride Rite shoes, Foot Locker, and a Childrens Museum (that is now located in Mashpee), but alot of the stores left in 1999 during the Flatley Companies ownership of the mall, the only remaining stores inside the mall were Hanoush Jewelers, a barbershop, and a nail salon until the mall became an outdoor mall. The outdoor mall was demolished in 2012 and is now a Michaels.
