Leaps & Bounds was chain of family fun centers that operated from 1991 until 1994 when Discovery Zone bought the chain out from McDonald's.

Discuss anything related to Leaps & Bounds.

(P.S. I wasn't sure weather to where to put this topic in Closed Chains or Restaurants?)

It might help someone's recollection if you could mention some locations...

O.K. I could think of one former DZ location that was a Leaps & Bounds. The DZ on Sheridan Drive in the Williamsville  Place plaza it was Leaps and Bounds , then Discovery Zone, now it's a World Gym.

If anyone else can think any former Leaps & Bounds locations, that would be some help as well Wink

And I found this picture on Flickr of an unknown Leaps & Bound location, so if anyone can identify the location pictured that would great! (and no, it was not the location i've mention before)

I've also found some pictures and Flickr of a former Leaps & Bounds location that later became a Discovery Zone that had the same tube maze that the Williamsville  Place plaza location had and even a sign that was whited out with the chain's slogan "Play with Purpose".

Maybe we should move this in the family entertainment center board.
