Now down to a single restaurant, this gourmet pizza chain once had several franchised locations in Maine (Portland), New Hampshire (Concord, Dover, Hanover, Portsmouth), and Vermont (Essex) - not necessarily a comprehensive list... One differentiating feature was its Take 'N' Bake option, where you would take home a freshly prepared pizza home and bake it in your oven. They even sold special pizza screens so that the home baking experience would closely replicate the in-store pizza. Here's the website and a photo of the remaining location:

This 2001 profile of the now-closed Essex, VT franchisee hints at one of the problems that might have undermined the concept - lack of consistency:

That was Boulter's Rexall Pharmacy on Union Square in Milford. It was my first job at 13 years old. I would empty trash, vacume the carpet and wash the store windows. I will look through my box of pictures once I'm settled in my new home.
I'm amazed this place is still around at all.... Super high prices and the pizza was gross anytime I had it.
Thanks for sharing!!
There is a lot in store for you where clean, fresh and good make a GRAND UNION.
