Not sure if this was posted... anyone else hear about S&K closing shop? I knew that closed some stores... but not the whole chain?

I'm not familiar with this chain, their website shows that their assets are for sale: http://www.skmenswear.com/
Could it be because of tough competition from Men's Wearhouse?

They were a chain of mens clothing, primarily found in shopping malls. Not sure how far their reach went, but I know they were all over the northeast.

We had several in the Toledo, Ohio area.

Our locations closed last year, but I'm guessing that the decision to go out of business happened recently.
