i dont know when that storen was bult i know Caldor moved in there sometime in 1984 that store was once a woolco im guessing it was bulted in the 1970's

I took pics of that Caldor in Newington yesterday as of 5/8/05  you can see all the doors and windows now the door enterance signs for Caldor have been removed BUT BOTH HUGE SIGNS ON THE BUILDING  ARE STILL THERE! :bigsmile:

its in very good condition I tried to get close enough to see the inside and take pics of it but didn't want to get close enough to stick my face on the glass because I was afraid I'd might set off the alarm. lol :insane:

flyers and add they had in the 1990's there logo was usay Blue or puprle the last normel sell they had was in nov 1998 the add u saw was from feb 1996 lol and im sorry i go crazy with Caldor pics it just that i loved them so much maby a little to much lol but i hope u liked the pics including the tear drop logo wich is a logo they used in the 1960's before the rainbow  i dont know if they used on any stores:huh:
