Post store chains (any type) that badly need to remodel/replace stores. It could be one location of a store such as CVS.

A&P. I like them a lot but most of their Connecticut stores should see a remodel if they plan to remain open, and not many are left. It seems only their best performing stores get remodeled and the rest suffer. Granted, the company is making a huge turn-around for the better, but in ways it doesn't show here in Connecticut. It's a shame, because they have a superb business model and they started having some fantastic sales and promotions in the past few years, but the stores themselves are the problem right now. If they added new stores in the state, maybe even their moderately high prices would go down.

Shaw's. The same idea. If they would give their moderately successful locations a chance, maybe one day they would do well for the company. It will not happen if they don't try.

No one wants to shop in a store that's falling apart.
