This was a new one for me.  I spent the Easter break out in St. Louis visiting some family.
There I discovered a local fast food chain called Lion's Choice.

It's very much like an Arby's with the main menu item being sliced roast beef sandwiches.
They also offer similar sandwiches made with turkey and ham.

Which really causes me to wonder where they ever came up with the name Lion's Choice?
Like, the Lion has his choice of a water buffalo, an ostrich, a wild boar?  He has his
choice of meats and so do you?

Weird.  The stores I saw all had some type of lion motif on the exterior.

I also noticed that all of the Panera locations in the St. Louis area actually operated under
the name St. Louis Bread Company.  Apparently that is the original name of the company.  They
decided to change it to Panera when they spread out to other markets, but kept it locally.
