What a sad sight.

Boy, that is sad.  I will never understand why it is supposed to be cheaper to tear down a building and build a new one than to just modify the interior.  (The only exception would be a really old one with asbestos or some type of health-related problem.)

Or rip up forest land 2 blocks away from a crackhouse in Philly. Yeesh.
