A very nice person emailed me this picture of an Ames trailer, wandering the streets of Fairfax, VA in April!

Great find. As far as rare trailers, I found a scarred Hechinger trailer behind a Kohl's in Enfield, CT. Beyond that, this summer I chased a Ames trailer on I-84. I got a picture of that (yes, took it while driving on the most dreadful part of I-84).

On August 24, I saw the Ames trailer as I was coming onto I-84 at the 91 interchange. I chased it! I got out of hand and ended up passing it so I didn't find out where it was destined to go...

Any idea of what store it was travelling for?  Isn't it odd that the store may go out of business, but the trailers and trucks live on!

;)
