As for the current Connecticut locations in the store locator, the state is completely explored.  Wednesday I went to Torrington and Winsted.  Although it was a long drive, it was worth it.  The Torrington Ames was nothing like I had imagined, knowing only it was a former Caldor.  I was even watched over by Torrington's finest during my photographing.  I snatched receiving sign #9 off of the rear door and went on my way to Winsted, which I knew had turned into a Tractor Supply.  While I was there I was fortunate enough to discover an Ames handicapped cart, instead of a receiving sign, which I eventually fit into my back seat.

It looks like TSC bought the Ames Enfield (former Zayre's) location too...
