I was at my grandmother's apartment complex near Owings Mills, MD a week or two ago, and there was a tool cart by the door of another apartment.  I looked at the blue handle and it said "Playworld" on it.  It was a run-of-the mill large metal basket.  Has anyone else seen these?

(Sorry, no pic- didn't have a camera with me at the time.)
