This store is simply awful. For starters, you have to make sure whatever you purchase fits or you want, they do not...I repeat do not give refunds, just a credit note. They have a lack of carriages are overpriced and the help is deplorable. The store is always messy and never anything in my size.

My local Burlington Coat Factory (Clifton Heights, PA) seems very old, dirty, and poor lit inside. That store has probably been there since at least the mid-70's because it is in a former Penn Fruit, a chain which bankrupted and closed about that time. It is very cluttered and out-of-date, and has damaged merchandise on display.

There also used to be one in Havertown (Manoa Shopping Center) which looked somewhat newer and nicer, but it closed in October 2002. Now it is divided. The front half is now an Applebee's, while the back half is a PA Wine & Spirits Shoppe. The Wine & Spirits Shoppe is not really new; it used to be in another space a few stores down in the center and it was just relocated to a Premium Collection store.

I totally agree since it seems as though they are always located in a poor section of town and have taken over the space for many stores that were much nicer.  The layout makes it hard to find anything and there is always stuff all over the floor and nothing about it makes me ever want to shop there.  Yuck!
