There's an abandoned one up by me, I think on Sheridan by Delaware for my fellow western New Yorkers.

I almost moved out that way about 10 years ago when I was 25.  I-98.3 WILI-FM on Main Street in Willimantic had an opening for a weekend DJ and I was going to apply for it, but my Mom was against me moving to the greater Willimantic area. Obviously I would've had to get a job somewhere else besides the radio station because the pay at a small station wouldn't be enough to live off of especially just dong weekends and fill-ins.

We really don't have many taco chains in Connecticut beyond Taco Bell, but maybe next time I'm in Buffalo (last time was in 2005), I'll check it out.

Well, luckily I won't notice that much change. I was 2 when I went.

I always thought that was a real strange spot to put a store. It’s set so far back, plus the road sign isn’t even near the entrance! Down the road a ways. Weird.
Remember Sears also had an appliance outlet over by the East Brook Mall? It’s a Petco now.

The former Sears Hardware on Sheridan Drive in Tonawanda, N.Y., is now a Planet Fitness after being empty for years. They haven't used up the whole plaza but it's nice to have something there.

SEARS Hardware "broken" for 7 years!

This store used to be located right near Stop & Shop on Pitkin Rd. It opened in 1997 (along with relocated / expanded (then) Super Stop & Shop. It closed in May 2012. Although abandoned for a long time, building is still in good condition. Interior decor still present!

Is Ann & Hope still around in the plaza?

At the good old Kmart plaza, this store is still in business. It's just an outlet store.
