Title: Panda Express
Post by: TheFugitive on April 27, 2017, 09:09:45 AM
They recently opened a location in West Mifflin, PA (on the site of an old AAA office).
Stopped in the other night for dinner on the way to dropping my car at the dealer for service.

Absolute, pure chaos.   The drive-thru line of cars literally circled the building.  I went inside
and things were no better.  A guy at the head of the line placed 15 takeout orders.  The entire
staff was thus divided between the huge drive-thru backlog and this bloke with his giant order.
He managed to empty several of the items in the serving trays.   Thus when they started taking
other customers in line, half the time they were ordering something that they had run out of
and would have to wait.  But then they'd have to interrupt the line again when an item was
replenished so that they could stop and add it to this guy's 15 order takeout.  This caused a
lady behind him in line to get belligerent and start screaming.   When they finally got to
me I made sure to order something that was currently hot and in the tray so that I could
get the heck out of there.

Not a great meal.  Too much rice and not enough meat and veggies.  And absolutely the most
stale fortune cookie I've ever experienced.  Not worth the enormous hassle I went through to
get it.

Can't blame the staff as they all appeared to be working as hard as was humanly possible.
Particularly given this doofus with his 15-box order and the screaming lady.
