Anyone tried it yet?
Personally I have a hard time believing that Arby's could get this right.
Especially when they're in competition with all of those mom-and-pop pizza
joints where the owners are Italian and over many generations have gotten
meatball making down to a science
Sounds gross. Then again so is everything at Arby's. ;D
I was not impressed with their Fish Sandwich.
Mainly because it had clearly been fried in oil that had just been used
for a large batch of onion rings. :P

I like Arby's, but I never had a meatball sub from there!
They must not be selling well because Arby's keeps pounding my inbox with
increasingly urgent coupon deals.
NJ has a few less and they are all going DOWN-HILL.
However the Wendy's (who is owned by the same company as Arbys) restaurants are kicking butt.........
The Arby's Meatball Sub is now 2 for $6 "for a limited time" (now thru Sept. 18).
My guess is the experiment has failed and they now have a huge backstock of
meatballs to blow through.

Reminds me of the McDonald's "Mighty Wings" fiasco a couple of years back. Then again, they might be trying to compete with the $3.50 6" sub of the day promo at Subway. There's only so much available fast food market share for roast beef, curly fries and horsey sauce.
Honestly, this is probably the LAST thing I would expect Arby's to sell and promote.

Not true at all. Have you ever had their roast beef sandwiches or curly fries? I used to want to go there all the time as a kid for the food.
