L.E. Belcher Inc. is based in Massachusetts and owns many different gas stations of varying brands in Massachusetts, Connecticut, and Vermont. They built one branded as Gulf on New Britain Avenue in Plainville, CT next to Crowley Ford a couple of years ago. Their store is huge and seems to have a lot of excess space. They ought to lease some of that space to Subway or something like that. They already lease space to Subway or Dunkin' Donuts at most of their locations.
