Post by: ynkeesfn82 on December 26, 2014, 05:24:37 PM
The former Guida's Property on Farmington Avenue in New Britain, Connecticut on the Farmington Town-Line has finally been demolished. The former Ice Cream bar and house where the Guida Family once lived has been vacant and boarded up for a better part of 10 years or more. The property has been sold and a Gas Station, Dunkin Donuts, Frisbee's Ice Cream, and an Alzheimer's Facility are reportedly being built on the property.

The redevelopment of the former Guida's Property at the corner of Farmington Ave and Alexander Road in New Britain is nearing completion. The Noble Gas Station with a Drive-Thru Dunkin' Donuts and Frisbie's Ice Cream Dairy Bar are set to open in about a month. An independent Italian restaurant will be ready later this year. This Dunkin' Donuts will replace the one about a mile down Farmington Ave in the Aldi Plaza.
