Title: Outlet Mall to be built at FOXWOODS Casino in Connecticut

Connecticut is getting its 3rd Outlet Mall. It will be at the Foxwoods Casino. It's also the 3rd Outlet Mall built near the shoreline. Why can't they build an outlet mall somewhere in Greater Hartford?

Terrible idea.  At least because of the location.

Tanger Outlet at Foxwoods opened in 2016.
