A friend of mine works for RED WOLF BROADCASTING in Glastonbury, CT. He asked me to do a signal test for their new 60 watt 97.5 Translator Station based out of Bolton, CT. Anyway in parts of Bristol, CT the 97.5 Translator was mixing with WALK out of Long Island and I heard KING KULLEN advertised on the station. While I'm not a regular listener to WALK, I have listened on several occasions and it's the first time I've heard a KING KULLEN commercial.

King Kullen is a distant fourth in the big supermarket chain hierarchy on Long Island. Their prices are high, their stores are usually small, almost all of them lack self-checkout and their circular coupons probably see more use at the other places that take competitor's coupons.

I saw a King Kullen tractor trailer going up West Queen Street in Southington, Connecticut this morning. It also said Bozzuto's on it, which is a food distribution company in Cheshire, Connecticut.
