They have 56 stores in Maine, New Hampshire and Mass.  They seem to be a good auto parts store chain.  Their home office is in New England (Lewiston ME).

I've seen the new stores, my understanding is that they are keeping both names:  O'Reily Auto Parts & VIP Tires & Service

VIP is essentially the service part of the company.
